I noticed that a past AXIOM webinar became available on the site - decided to give it a watch even though I felt confident that I had a solid understanding of the concept and that I was executing it well. But as oft is the case, I was finally ready to hear/understand another of Chuck's gems. Towards the last third of the video Chuck re-emphasizes that the motion of your hips toward the target creates the space for your trail elbow to complete its clockwise motion. I thought "huh, I had always considered just the movement of my hips away from the ball to be the motion that created the space for your elbow". Well, well, well!! What a difference this new understanding made in my ball striking and swing speed.
