This is my first post as I've just signed up a couple of days ago and was.

This is my first post as I've just signed up a couple of days ago and was wondering if there are some guidelines in terms of timing or reps for each section. What I mean is, when we first login we are headed to the Dashboard, it is pretty clear that where we should start is obviously on Step 1 (AXIOM) but inside that Step 1 there are 13 different videos and, at least for me, it's hard to understand how long, how many reps for example, we should do/try on each before moving on. I guess it depends on the person but I did the Dead backswing drill and quickly moved on to the Transition Drill and I don't know if that is the way to go or if I should spend a lot of time on the first one for X amount of daily reps. Sorry if the post is confusing but in the end I'm just looking for some guidance on recommended number of reps/time per each step/drill. Thank you

Hello Pedro. 3000-5000 is the goal once you can complete the movements without error (Full Motion). Typically, 200-300 for each DEAD Section to get proficient enough to move onto the next step. If after that amount you are still having errors then you need to take a step back a rep more before moving on.
