Chuck. I have a question.

Chuck. I have a question. I have a double elbow in my left arm. It is hard to keep the arm straight in set up and back swing . I normally hit the ball better when the left elbow points more down the line and my left arm is a light bent on the back swing. Is this ok or do you have any other ideas?

Hello Ward. Are you referring to double jointed elbow? The lead arm can be a little soft at the top, and the elbow should point down the target line at release. You have to be careful though with excessive bend. It will tend to make the swing very armsy and high potential of cast. Hard to know the exact solution without seeing the move as this may be a special circumstance.
