Jaut started the program a few weeks ago!

Hey jaut started the program a few weeks ago! Loving it so far!! Played my first round of 2022 and was able to shoot a 97 could’ve easily broken 90 but fell apart on the back 9 mainly because of putting but anyways I wanted to know how many drills should you focus on for a week? Like would doing 5 or 10 difrsnt drills be okay? And how many reps of each? I usually play golf a lot so should I just play like once a week while doing the drills or would it be fine playing how much I normally play? Sorry for all the questions just kinda confused lol

Hello Glenn. Ideally, you would limit a little of playing golf while changing a movement pattern. I wouldn't focus on that many drills at once. Just 1 or 2 to ingrain and then stack components. You should strive for at least 100 reps in any given session. If you are getting 500 in a week. You are well on your way to mastering a move. You should rep and then stack when you have performed a move enough that it doesn't break down when adding a new component.
