Chuck & team .

Thanks Chuck & team .. this all makes so much sense.  I am struggling with my right shoulder getting too low when I do the slow mo drills. By post up it is way down & this happens on course a lot.  Sometimes it results in thin shots... lots more lately as I have been working on these changes.   And maybe it's a hangover from casting and too much shoulder rotation from my old swing too... I fight casting and early extension. Question: is there a feel that I need to develop... ie.  If the club is going down and away from me in the post up my body needs to go up thru my left side & away. Is there something I can incorporate into a feel for my shoulder in the transition and post up?

Hello David. Focus more on the lead hip motion. The shoulder will stay in place and posture if you don't drive excessively with push from trail side. Take a look at You Hit the Golf Ball with Your Legs Video to stay in shot and Level Shoulders Drill to keep lead shoulder down.
