As to Chris' video "Get Rid of Early Extension...", I asked this in the YouTube.

As to Chris' video "Get Rid of Early Extension...", I asked this in the YouTube venue but have not gotten an answer yet and due to chronic impatience I am also asking it here. Sorry for the duplication. Chris - a follow-up question. When I practice the after impact to hip high motion I now feel that getting the arms into the hip high position requires a bit of right arm straightening, a LITTLE rotation of both arms from their shoulder joints but most of the motion is accomplished by my left shoulder moving up and back while keeping my chest down. I came to this insight (right or wrong) when I was returning the club from hip high back down to impact. Is this a good perception of what needs to be done to get from impact to hip high? Thanks, Tom

Hi Tom, Sorry I missed the comment on youtube, not sure how that happened. You are correct with what you are feeling with the lead shoulder. The shoulders will begin to steepen post impact, which helps hold the hands and arms more out in front of the body while the club is releasing. I think and hope I am understanding you clearly. Let me know if I am missing the boat here. Ct
