During my post up drill, I can control my club, where as the check point in.

During my post up drill, I can control my club, where as the check point in front of my right thigh has the club pointing back at 9:00, +/- at post up. But when I video myself and look at a visual checkpoint, my club, when my hands are in front of my thigh, is point at 7:00-8:00. I would guess I'm still (As has been the case with my swing for many years) a little too active with my arms and not maintaining lag long enough. Though again I'm posted up at impact. I have to also guess that I'm losing club head speed because my arms are still moving. Any specific drills you can suggest to get my back to max lag at post up. Thanks

Hello Peter. I would work on a shorter version of the swing to get the lag checkpoint. Take a look at Perfecting Your Golf Impact Position 4 of 4.
