There, I was a 25 handicapper when I was following the RST 5 Steps system a.

Hi There, I was a 25 handicapper when I was following the RST 5 Steps system a few years ago, and unfortunately about half way through the practice, I haven’t played at all for 3 years. Now, I am determined to start all over again from the beginning, and I am planning to spend about 6 months just to practice my swing, without hitting balls. The goal is to have build a solid and as perfect as I could for my swing. So my question is, is there an efficient and relatively more scientific time schedule (Just like the RST 5 steps system, doing each step for 2000-3000 reps) which I could refer to?Thank you.

Hello Zhou. If you follow the DEAD Drill which is the newer 5 Step System. The goal would be to grind out the steps to eventual full swing 3000-5000 times. You stack components as necessary without the prior one breaking down. Take a look at the video I linked below. Most players do between 300-500 reps of each stage before moving on.
