When setup to the golf ball I have a question about my trail foot.

When setup to the golf ball I have a question about my trail foot. Should I lay my trail foot flat on the ground or have the weight on the inside of the foot. What I mean is for it to almost feel like a golf ball is under my foot. I tend to sway and I want to make sure that the weight doesn't go to the outside of my trail foot so at setup I put the weight on inside of the foot.

Hello Bob. Rolling the ankles inwards to engage the inner thigh adductors and have some stability to not sway laterally to far away from the target in the backswing is perfectly fine. A little pressure on the instep of the foot. No worries :flagpin:
