Craig, just submitted a couple of videos for review please.

Hi Craig, just submitted a couple of videos for review please. However, at the last review you asked me to think about left vs right release. I forgot to mention it in the comments for the review. I don't really feel like I have loads of upper body strength that I think is beneficial for RH release. This is what attracted me to RTS, so that instead of using arms, I would let my core do the work. I know that you still do this in the RH release. I think I would tend to LH release, as I have tried to 20 years to hit the ball better and further with my arms and shoulders, to no avail I feel. this is where my thinking is on the matter, happy to discuss it with you more. Hello Tony. I understand. The lead side definitely lends itself more towards a player that wants to diminish effort and utilize more of their sequence. :flagpin:
