Thinking about the vid '5 mins to a perfect release' what is the ideal.

Thinking about the vid '5 mins to a perfect release' what is the ideal sequencing for the post up move vs the release (ie. the process of turning the lead hand over/turning the forearms). Am practicing engaging the muscles in slow mo but when I get to the position before release (ie. hands at belt height) am confused between this video and the release videos as to the optimal way through the ball and into the follow through.....THanks

Hello Stephen. This video is focusing more on the actual release itself. The post up will be completed by the trail thigh positioning allowing for a free release and speed transfer. Take a look at Tour Pro Downswing Sequence Drill and How to Decelerate Your Hips for Effortless Power for the timing/sequence of it.
