I have watched all the dead drill videos I feel this is my main problem with.

I have watched all the dead drill videos I feel this is my main problem with the lower body and making the upper body to come along. I do understand it but making this 65 year old body do this may be the problem. I have played golf since my youth and I have lost a ton of distance. In my older years now I would like to gain some back. I think I’m driving the right shoulder to much making a pull hook which is not stalling my upper body out and moving the arms to much. Other words casting and over the top some. I will work on this dead drill for awhile and see what happens

Hello Larry. The active shoulder will easily lead to the pull hook. Happy to take a look at the swing. Most players feel as if they don't have enough flexibility. But, most do regardless of age. Old active movements patterns are the typical issue.
