Hi Anthony. My name is Garrett Arnold. You recently analyzed my swing. Thanks for the feedback. i'll start working on the takeaway and getting rid of the forward press. A little bit about my game: I used to shoot consistently in 70s but these days i struggle to break 90 . I hit it very high. I have a two way miss unfortunately . i've always been pretty flippy at impact and lose a good bit of lag. When i was shooting in 70s it was usually because i had a decent short game and had decent timing with the flip. That being said, I do hit it pretty long with all of my clubs and am able to generate pretty good club head speed with my upper body but i spray it all over. Most of my inconsistency is probably due to me watching 1000s of youtube videos and trying a new technique every time i go to the range :wink:
I've always thought my hip movement throughout the swing is a little strange. My lead knee seems to kick in too much on the takeaway and it looks like i slide through impact...losing lag. Maybe the inside takeaway and forward press contribute to that a little bit. Anyways, i appreciate the help!
