I'm wondering if anyone has encountered this problem: the centrifugal.

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone has encountered this problem: the centrifugal force of the swing has pulled my middle finger apart on the side facing the ring finger. It looks like a cut but it's not, it's split open. The first time this happened was when I was swinging a weighted club. Now it happens when swinging regular clubs, e.g. the three iron. Taping doesn't help. Any ideas to share?

Hello Stanley. Unless you are being super aggressive I think we should first start with your grip. I can tell you I've hit a lot of golf balls in my day. Haven't had this issue. Just some callouses. Do you use interlocking, or overlap? How strong or weak?
Stanley The same has happened to me a couple of times previously, I ended up having to tape up my finger. I think the fault for me was gripping the club too hard or flicking with the dominant right hand, causing poor or heavy contact with the ball, creating a rotation or shock wave up the club shaft into the hands? I also welcome Pro advice on why this is happening?
