Craig, thanks for the feedback. Will watch the shallower video for sure. Did not know that was happening at the top but not remotely surprised given my previous love of over arming it. Also, if I went a wrong direction during my phase 1 it was almost always left. 90% of the time (perhaps could add as an issue with the shot?). Good to understand why now. Certainly thought it was right arm dominance when I did it and think it still is - wanting to throw with that hand/arm. As for my question - I am assuming keep on Phase 1?

Hello Jay. Yes. Phase 1 until we get this buttoned up. The pull/left definitely caused by the transition issue. Better transition and we can get this straightened out!
