Hi Craig, just a quick one as I have a big golf game tomorrow and will do a swing review next week. I have been going through a very good spell recently including my best ever score of 80 off yellow tees and also coming second in my category in an open which is the best I've done in opens. My handicap has also come down to 19 which is the lowest for about ten years. I have been concentrating on the tush line throughout the stroke along with bending more from the hips and letting my hands hang straight down like you said in my last posts. Making sure I took the club straight back also seemed to help. I went to the range earlier and started with my lovely draw but by the end of the session I started hitting duck hooks again. Got the feeling that I was getting stuck in the downswing again and that the club head had nowhere else to go but left. Very frustrating as I feel I have the ability to improve much more. Any ideas Craig? I look forward to your reply. Lee

More than likely after getting loosened up the legs got more active causing you to get stuck and over work the hands. You need to buy that time for the arms. Lead arm down/back to target in transition before dropping the hammer. Like the Stop Hooking the Ball Video or How to Stop the Two Way Miss.
