11 year continuous member and am enjoying c4 program, i believe i am begining.

11 year continuous member and am enjoying c4 program, i believe i am begining to finally understand what effortless speed is and i'm keen to ingrain it, I've posted a DTL phase 2 rep that i realise having watched it that the club is going past parallel into the arm parallel phase 3 position even though i felt like club just parallel, is there anything else i could tighten up on? (am using 6 iron in vid to keep tragjectory low enough to hit the net at distance, thanks for comments in advance

Hello Glenn. Thank you for the continued support over the years. Length, trail knee, shallower and head down until fully release. As you mentioned the length gets a little too long. Trail knee could maintain a tiny bit more flexion. Swing plane should shallow out better once the backswing is more under control. Head down until fully released. Not off by much in any category however and the move is still pretty sharp :flagpin:
Used an alignment rod today for some awareness of the length of back swing, really find it hard to stop at parallel, but I intend to practice a lot this way in hope that I can ingrain the awareness of parallel, unless practice in this way is detrimental then let me know
