Chuck/Craig, being well on my way in Phase 3 I notice that I get closer to my limits.

Hello Chuck/Craig, being well on my way in Phase 3 I notice that I get closer to my limits. Between all the good strokes there are less good shots that are caused by minor details during the swing and not always the same, but mostly different causes. I know a less good shot is part of the game but I am not sure on how to handle these to keep making progress! Do you go back to previous phase after every less good shot or just keep going on making 8 out of 10 series? What to do if you notice you stay on the level that you are on and have feeling there is no more progress? Thanks for helping! Marcel

Hello Marcel. You should diagnose first. If you start looking at your checkpoints and the ones that have already been trained are disappearing you need to back down a step. Try to first decipher if major mechanical issue or just the addition of speed is causing the breakdown.
