Hi. Newish member.

Hi. Newish member. Both embarrassed and excited re initial experiences. Embarrassed because my initial scores for C1 are 0/10 (double bogey!). Not because of an inability to send ball along target line. I can! But because I fail the flat foot fundamental each time: my heel lifts. Excited because I am/was a shoulder swinger. Now, when playing golf, those 5 fundamentals (flat foot excepted!) have got my shoulders remaining square for longer. The result is a purer strike. I have added a lot of yards to my clubs and especially the short irons. That’s given me a new problem: my distances are wrong now - I keep going through the green. Still, nice problem to have. So, RSG is having an impact on my golf swing and yet I can’t move beyond ‘Go’ until I sort out that heel move!

Great Roger. Love hearing about the improvement. The trail foot lift is a tough one to beat. It will take some time and many reps. You will succeed though. Keep grinding away! :golfer:
I got like 10 0/10 when I started bud! Means you are scoring correctly imo!
