Are there any drills other the Clamshell Drill to ensure the lead hip is back.

Are there any drills other the Clamshell Drill to ensure the lead hip is back at impact (vs early extension)? I'm struggling with this as I believe the attached video will show. I can do the clamshell drill well in slow motion but with a real swing, I seem to be out of sync, likely pushing with the right foot too much? Thanks, Jim

Hello Jim. Role of the Right Foot or Axiom Downswing. You are correct it's excessive trail foot push early causing the EE. You also tend to lift the club to far in front going back. Loading the legs and the core better with less arm lift will balance out your top position. You can see you start coming away slightly early before you reach the top. Take a look at the Winter Golf Training Program - Backswing Video.
