Craig, The answer may not be simple but is there an acceptable club path?

Hi Craig, The answer may not be simple but is there an acceptable club path? - mine tends to be usually between 2-3 degrees in-out to 1 degree out-in; but occasionally up to 5 degrees in to out. I realize face angle at impact needs to be considered as well - and so is it the ball flight that is most relevant? In other words, should one pay more attention to the results or should one strive for a club path within a narrow range irrespective of ball flight?

Hello Jim. It does depend on face angle. Better players will tend to work on zeroing out their path. However, you sound within the acceptable margins. Right now it sounds like pay attention to more of your ball flight. You could narrow the margins but depending on face angle it may yield a ball flight your aren't in love with.
