Hi guys, I’ve been a member for several years now, but I lost touch with the game for the past couple after relocating for work. I’m ready to get back into the training program, but the site looks very different. I’d like to know where I should begin. I’m a 28 handicap, so I’m more than willing to start back at the beginning and work my way through the entire program as it is intended for a new golfer. Please let me know where to start and how to progress through the new site. Thanks!

Hello Ryan. Welcome back to golf! I would start with setup and hit the ground running with C4. This way you will be able to start with the smallest movement possible and gradually work you way up the chain. This way bad habits can be taken care of in a simpler/more concise movement. I would also recommend a swing review as one of our instructors can detail a plan tailored to your needs.
