Hi Craig, Sorry for bothering you once more...but with respect to the release again, is it reasonable to reserve the body release for shortish pitch shorts where you don't want a lot of run out and want it to launch the ball a little higher when there isn't much green to work with? Jim

Hello Jim. You may need some release to add some MPH for spin. However, short game shots and lower flighted wedge shots will tend to be more body release then arms/hands because distance isn't the major factor.
