I like to share a great experience I had today with my 10 series C4 session. In this session I set my focus on the Back/Hit/ Stop drill from The Inner Game of Golf ( Timothy Gallway). I asume you are familiar with this drill. My problem is that my head is always full of thoughts during practice and I need to solve this. From the first ball on my head was much more quiet and so much easier to let clubhead pick up the ball and make good, solid impact with great ball flights as results. I think, for golfers who gained already the right swing technique, this focus can help a lot to reach efforless swings with a quiet mind.For me this might be a game changer!
