I tried to do a Search but didn’t seem to turn up any hits.

I tried to do a Search but didn’t seem to turn up any hits. What is the ideal advice on practice vs playing if you are starting the C4 program. Am I supposed to minimize playing while at Phase 1 or Phase 2? What would be the ideal practice vs playing weekly schedule? I’m worried that if I don’t try to play at least 9 holes every week that I’ll lose my practice hitting on real turf (driving ranges here typically only have mats) and dealing with uneven or different lies and just having the “pressure” of playing on the course.

Hello Carlo. Take a look at the video linked below. During C4 you are welcome to play. The number of days/hours will be dependent on how much correction you need. If you play 9 or 18 holes a week it won't hurt you. However, the video below will shed some light on your training.
