Hi Anthony. Thank you for your recent reviews and comments on my arm overuse and lack of rotation. My 71 yr old body and a lifetime of weight training has really stiffened me but I will work on the drills you’ve suggested. With respect to shoulder turn, at what point in the bag do you recommend limiting the turn? Given that the driver turn is full would that be the case for each club down to say the 8 iron? or 9 or?? Thanks for your input.

Hey Michael, I wouldn’t venture to say to ever limit your shoulder turn. We want the our body to be utilized the same way each swing. If we start limiting our body turn, we leave potential energy on the table, and activate the arms more as a result. It takes time to make changes especially if we have certain movements engrained.
