Working on shallowing and hitting all checkpoints.

Working on shallowing and hitting all checkpoints. I like my backswing and position at top. I am now starting to squat down a little to start downswing and getting shallow with right elbow tucked. Head is staying in place. I still have some early ext as I come down and struggle to get left hip and knee back which tends to get me a little cramped and stuck swinging through.

Hello Larry. Looking at your swing there are 2 main points of focus needed. Overswing (too much trail arm flexion at the top). You need to get the trail flexion under control. This is leading to narrow width and arms deep. Tush line (in the downswing you are coming off the tush line). Better trail arm and tush will allow you to make some huge gains.
Thanks for the review Craig. I will go back to phase 1 and work on positions with a 9-3 short backswing. Hopefully I’m not there too long before progressing ????
