Craig I am hitting a lot more good shots but still some shanks too.

Hi Craig I am hitting a lot more good shots but still some shanks too. Instead of sending you the “pretty” ones I am sending you the shank shot. As far as I can see my takeaway was still deep on this shot (right arm is not fully extended at 9 o’clock) Also, I am seeing movement towards the ball from original tush line and knee line. Shoulders are turned toward target and pretty much flat at followthrough. Does this indicate spinning hips and shoulders? Am I right in these observations? Anything I am missing? I did review the 4-Square drill and Chuck’s video on role of the right arm. Both were helpful but still difficult to break this ingrained habit. Thoughts?

Hello Jeffrey. A few things to note: 1. It is much better that the 1st upload. 2. Trail arm still folding a bit. 3. Lead hip still shy of being open enough. 4. Trail arm/hand really pushing. 5. Posture still a little rounded. Use the Connecting to the Core Video to help get in the box better. Also, hold impact. You are caught in-between trying to push release the trail hand and holding off the lead hand. A good way to test is do some lead arm only and notice the difference in feel/tension.
