Hello Alexander. You are not allowing legs sequencing and passive hands to bring the club down. Take a look at the Frisbee Drill Video.
Hey Alexander, If I could put my two cents in, I would say that you are turning your shoulders too level on the backswing. Note how your left shoulder obscures most of your chin from view, at the top. You seem to put a lot of tension in your shoulder girdle and then you look to relieve it by casting the club. Like Craig says, you need to keep your arms more passive and let your legs lead the downswing. I think if you let your left shoulder move more downward as you turn back, it will keep your arms more relaxed and allow you to load your right leg better, resulting in a better transition. I had the same issue, and when I let my left shoulder turn more downward I had good results. Good Luck.
