Anthony for latest review critique.

Thanks Anthony for latest review critique. Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop this: I clinch, tense up at top of backswing which is obviously hurting all my efforts. Any ideas on how to stop it? Thanks for any ideas.

Hello Douglas. Players will typically clinch up when using the wrong muscle group, or over working the arms. If you're sequencing correctly take a look at Lead Arm Two Club Drill. This will help with flow (moving through positions). Also, Proper Muscle Activation Video for added food for thought.
Hey Douglas, I would also try and swing with your eyes closed. Sometimes we tense up trying to “hit”the ball. Rather, swing the club and allow the ball to just get in the way. Closing your eyes will allow you to get more in tune with your body and the natural athletic movements
