Good morning.

Good morning. I have two questions which I will post separately 1) Recently coming off of L4-5 microdiscectomy 90 days ago. Just able to start a 5-week program to ease back into playing golf. Do you have any suggestions for the Rotary swing motion/changes to accommodate lower back sensitivity? You probably have answered this question in the past. I have participated in prior boot camps, so I can always start there.

Hello Eric. Starting with Phase 1 of C4 you should have low impact on the spine. It is imperative that you start mastering the setup and moving the legs correctly. If you start small and learn body sequencing you should be fine. Especially when you start releasing the club in Phase 2 you should have minimal stress to the spine.
