For an RST instructor: I really don't get how to follow the program, Im really confused! In the first video (dead drill overview) Chuck talks about the other videos I should have seen by now, like the pushing vs pulling and that stuff but this is the first video for me, I'm I doing the program incorrectly? Do I need to see other videos before starting axiom program? Could you please guide me in how to follow the program and have a better swing and stroke? I'm a 7 handicap but a really want to do this correctly. I also already send my swing video for analysis but I want to understand how to have a consistent swing and how to follow the program. Thank you hope to hear from you soon

Hello Alfonso. Setup and C4. I would start with basic setup queues (5 Minutes to the Perfect Setup) and the hit Phase 1 of C4. The videos below are supplemental drills to help if you struggle with one of the checkpoints during each phase. If you would like to post a swing review, or video here I would be happy to tell you the biggest issues in the swing. That way you can focus on the highlights per your need. I know you said you already had a review, but maybe something is still lingering over from the last one.
