Chuck, it looked like your right knee/leg was more flex on the lower hands.

Chuck, it looked like your right knee/leg was more flex on the lower hands swing, which it would seem to me would transfer less stress to the body, acting as a shock absorber. Also at contact, you look lower on the left side, indicating your left knee is also more flexed, then on the right side swing and would allow more verticle force as you would in jumping off the ground? The timing of the left leg verticle force would be once the hands have dropped straight down and shaft is paralel to the ground? Would you also say the right elbow should lead first, but not until the hands have dropped straight down, as in a throwing motion? Thanks for your comment, Caleb ps I am installing a golf sim in my new house [if you remember it burnt down in the Napa fires in 2017 and am leaning toward HD Golf with the Swing Catalyst,. What would you recommend?
