Craig, I am really struggling at the moment with the concept of not using my arms.

Hi Craig, I am really struggling at the moment with the concept of not using my arms. When Chuck says to hit the ball with your legs I understand that means that the power comes from the hips and post up but arms must be used to some degree so at which point do the arms become active. I seem to be going round in circles now just watching different videos hoping that something will change, to narrow it down what would you recommend focusing on to try to understand the feeling i need?

Hello Dan. Think like a jumpshot in basketball. The power is moved through the arms, but they are dead-overly tense. The arms really don't do much in the downswing. You will feel a little pull from the lead arm/lead lat to aid working in front of the body. But, there really isn't any yank or massive pull.
