Craig On an earlier post I mentioned that single arm swinging gets me off to.

Hi Craig On an earlier post I mentioned that single arm swinging gets me off to a good start but it fades after a few holes. On video I can see some differences as this happens (basically I start over swinging, too much turn with hips over rotated, arms too high etc). Grateful if you would have a look at this which is the best so far, left arm, right arm (post Bootcamp and trying throw the ball drill) and one full swing. At the start of a round this is what I think I do (works well) then the over-swinging kicks in. Thanks as ever. Diane

Hello Diane. The lead arm only is overswinging going back and the legs are late to get to the finish line. Make the swing a little shorter and focus on the leg sequence coming down. The trail arm needs to increase in angle during transition and try to release the club a little later. Too early for impact. The both arm versions needs some lag angle and legs leading the way (very similar to lead arm only). My advice would be to do some 9 to 3 lag building drills or lead arm length to parallel (allow for lag in transition). But, make sure the legs lead/finish their sequence in the downswing.
