Knowing that distance at this stage of the journey is perhaps not important I am nevertheless a bit disappointed because I do not know what to change in order to get further. Another pro told me once I „should“ have some 150 yrd.. The hips turning faster (i. e. the lead leg straighten faster) does seem impossible to me …

Hello Stephan. Phase 2 is supposed to be in the 50 yard range. The reason you are losing distance in the version is early release. Still some of the lead arm push in the takeaway. You don't want to hyper extend lead knee in post up. That is causing the pop up out of shot. Try to 9 to 3 Lag Building Drills. Get a feel for how the leverage pops into the bag. It will help you feel more whip.
