Hi Craig, this time a question without video: it is even in slow motion difficult to see whether or not good players accelerate the swingtempo with posting up. In order to maintain the lag I understand that downswing needs to remain slowly (as wrists are supple hence NOT keeping the club back by force). But does it REMAIN a smooth movement until postup and finish (and acceleration of club head does ONLY come from release) or is there some „jerk“ with posting up (which I have always done so far)?? And if so, is the release itself an active flip of the wrist or does it „just happen“?? Best regards Stephan
