Hello Jeffrey. The motion is improved, but very stiff. The shoulders are shrugged up at setup and arms/hands too high. You need to let the shoulders relax to improve posture and arm position. Allow the arms to hang correctly from the shoulder sockets. The elbows are too far forward. This is creating excessive tension and some push out in the takeaway. The takeaway will be easier to perform after this change. Then soften the hands to allow for some angle in the transition. Improve setup, tension and softer wrists will make it much easier. The trail hip gets really locked going back which forces a little weight towards the toes. Allow yourself to turn into the hip as you load the weight towards the trail heel.
