Craig, Thank you for the feedback. I stopped using the swing plane for a bit because I feel like the rod is too long when I place the ball in the middle of the setup causing me to move my arms too far behind my body in the backswing. This could be in my head since I’m not used to it. Regardless, where should the end of the rod be in relation to my hip line down the line? Before the hip? Mid hip?

Hello Jay. The actual plane line is the yellow line. I would shoot for anywhere between the red and yellow to help give a closer feeling for the training aid. Happy to provide the feedback for you bud :golfer:
