Craig, I've been working hard to get rid of my inside out problems and feel.

Hi Craig, I've been working hard to get rid of my inside out problems and feel that I'm slowly making progress. Do you think I should keep working on the Two Way Miss video as I'm still a bit confused as to how open the hips need to be at impact because I still find I get stuck on the way down sometimes and flip at impact but overall I'm feeling a bit more positive. Thanks.

For the drill the hips will be very muted. In the actual swing the hips need to be 35 to 45 degrees open at impact. I would still focus on making the swings a little smaller and getting to that impact check point. You still want to push the angle away with the hands. Some smaller 9 to 3 Lag building drills with the feel of two way miss and getting the checkpoints at impact would help.
