Chuck, Behind View of me working on How to Move the Hips video.

Hi Chuck, Behind View of me working on How to Move the Hips video. I feel like the hip turn is close to what we are looking for to getting the Sacrum ahead in the backswing and and then back behind from the setup position in the downswing and Impact position. In the Behind View, which is very telling I just saw my hands flip through impact and learned that I don't actually extend my arms so clearly I don't understand how to release the club which is probably why my distance is still missing. Any comments suggestions or direction is appreciated. Thank you in advance. I will post Down the Line Video as well so you can observe. Thanks!

Hip movement is pretty good, but you remain in spinal flexion through the ball. I will talk more about this on the next video when I discuss the arms.
