Are there any posts that show push and pull release for a 3/4 swing (11-1).

Are there any posts that show push and pull release for a 3/4 swing (11-1). I see full swings and 9-3. I want something in between so I can synchronize my hip rotation that precedes the arm movement. 9-3 keeps the lower body passive (I start with weight on left foot and focus on the release). With a full swing there are too many variables. I feel that a 11-1 will allow me to keep my arms really passive, work on hip rotation (squat and turn) and feel the parametric acceleration. I can see that with the push release the hips turn a lot more early while with the pull it is less. Seeing a video or drill will help me compare what I am doing and make sure I am not grooving the wrong move. Does this ask make sense?

Hello Vikram. You can see in Phase 3, or the Tape Drill how the trail release will be used more effectively in a 3/4 swing. Also, the 9 to 3 shouldn't stay perfectly stacked on the lead side. You should load into the trail side as you make the takeaway.
