Hi Anthony: On video replay I notice that when my swing gets out of sorts my trail heel lifts even before the backswing finishes and then I rush the swing. I've always been told that the weight goes to the inside and heel of the trail foot at the top. When I make sure the foot is planted my results improve greatly. Can you please confirm? Thanks Regards, Ed

Hey Ed, 100% correct. The weight moves in a circle around your trail foot. At the top of the backswing, the weight should be in your heel beginning to move to the inside as the weight shifts toward your lead foot. Your body will always be able load better with your foot planted on the ground which will reduce the timing needed in your swing coming from the arms. Improving consistency
