I am still confused and befuddled.( could be my age) I watched the.

Hi, I am still confused and befuddled.( could be my age) I watched the recommended video, and didn't see what I would like. Chuck mentions that he did one with 40 minutes on the throwing motion in the release, downswing. I can't find it. My confusion is in the wrist action as well as the forearm. Chuck says early on that the wrist release is like the hammer tapping motion, but later that it is a scooping motion.. Is it one or the other, or more likely both. Probably we should not think consciously about it, but just allow it to happen, but I would still like to know if I'm doing it right. As before, health is keeping me from watching all the goat stuff, and I do not want to get too far along and have something messed up. Help!!!!

Hello William. I believe you are looking for the Axiom Power Program (which if purchased) would be under My Purchases on your account. Or, the Swing Like the GOAT. You don't want to scoop under with the trail wrist. It will be active but more like a natural throwing motion. The easiest way to feel is pick up a club and try to create a woosh at impact. The face still needs to square so you can gauge the feeling of how much forearm rotation is necessary and releasing the angle like a hammer.
