Hi Craig. Thanks for the review. I've checked out the accuracy of the HackMotion device and I think the figures are correct. I'm not sure the way they judge the flexion/extension (too much, too little) is correct but I believe the numbers. They are looking more at the change of flexion/extension, rather than the absolute amounts. Regarding what it looks like on video, the difference between flat and 5 to10 degrees is really hard to discern even looking straight at the wrist when it is front of my face. On camera it's impossible. It is possible to get a Pro version of the software which gives a ton more data but I can't afford that as it is a big bump in price. If Chuck gets one then i suspect he will be able to see the full data set.
Having said all that, it is a fantastic training aid as I can see after every shot how well I have controlled my wrist and it helps me stop endlessly repeating the same error because it "feels OK". Neil
