Hi Anthony thanks for the review I’m getting it with the dead drill and working on it now. Just wondering what do you think about lifting the left heal a bit I don’t do it normally but thought about experimenting with it. Also how many reps per day to embed this

The amount of reps to make it muscle memory will be 3-5k reps. It will be a process. If you lift the lead heal, it can help you rotate a little more into your trail side, but you are adding something to the swing. You have to take it out first before you start the transition. It’s imperative to get it down before shifting your weight, otherwise the the sequence will be broken.
