Okay , I'm making baby steps and enjoying this method of learning/ building. The main issues i have is that after hitting some solid and on line i cant help but to try a bit harder and oops, off it goes. The issue is I suddenly try to hit harder and the right side becomes active. I stop and regroup. I'll carry on and I can envisage working through the first couple of phases then doubling back to the beginning and repeating the first 2 phases. is this okay or should I proceed through all 4, get a complete overview and double back then? Best instruction I've ever seen.

Thanks David for the compliments of our instruction. Either or would work. But, I would prefer to have each phase cleaned up before moving on. You will start to learn the trail side control and how to tame the trail beast when you work on Phase 3. The first two phases you will primarily focus on turning of the over working of the trail side. Then, train it back properly.
