I'm a little confused on how the methods/sites layout.

I'm a little confused on how the methods/sites layout. I log in and the first thing I get is a video on how to use the C4 dashboard. Then on the left I see the GOAT theory, followed by GOAT code at the top of everything on the left and a bunch of videos under each. But then it goes to introduction and there's 4 phases after setup and grip. Is C4 and the 4 phases completely different than the GOAT Code? Are they meant to work together? Really confusing as to what is part of what and if any of the two work in tandem with each other or they're just completely separate things and aren't meant to work together. Any direction is appreciated
