Craig Well it’s stopped raining so managed to get three videos - 7 iron, 5.

Hi Craig Well it’s stopped raining so managed to get three videos - 7 iron, 5 hybrid and Driver. Focusing on getting to GDP with all three clubs (so I have a swing to play with) before I work on other improvements. These three look better to me, and are now ‘on demand’. I can see that I am over swinging largely down to too much wrist and I need to get my shoulders steeper in backswing and tight elbow closer to pocket. Plus I’m not yet trying the throw from the top. But I think I can feel and see an improvement which I saw on the range on Wednesday. Am I on the right lines?

Hello Diane. With the 7 iron the swing is getting closer to GDP. But, you must control the backswing. As you've been seeing with the new data the arms/wrists do relatively little in the swing other than rotate in the release. Focus on getting the arms straighter and set better at address. Button up the over turning and arm usage back. This will make GDP and the downswing much easier to attain.
