Some advise please .

Some advise please . I find I hit it best when I stay in GDP and only ulnar deviate as late as possible rather then from the top. I’ve always had what appears to be somewhat of a flip a frame or a two after impact but less when I deviate late. There seems to be current info due to Hack Motion that that left wrist extends more then previously thought, so maybe my flip is acceptable. Anybody experience this ? Any advise?

Hello Jeff. You still want to release and not flip. But, to me it sounds like you are caught in between a cast and a throw. The later deviation sounds ok because you could be throwing correctly instead of casting. Happy to look at a video for you.
